On Wednesday, 8 September 2021, on the feast of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary, at the Dominican convent in Lille, France, Father Mathieu Devred (Diocese of Beauvais, Noyon, and Senlis) and Father Gilles Lherbier (Diocese of the French Armed Forces), made their solemn profession in the Dominican priestly fraternity of Blessed Alain de la Roche. Their promises were received by Brother Nicolas Tixier, OP, prior provincial of the province of France, whose homily on that joyous occasion can be accessed at Couvent des Dominicains de Lille.
