On 14 July 2020, during a pilgrimage to Maria Kirchental (Salzburg Land), two members of the Dominican Priestly Fraternity renewed their promises before fr. Thomas Christian Brogl, OP, Prior Provincial of the Province of St. Albert the Great in Southern Germany and Austria: Fr. Martin Hochedlinger of the Diocese of St. Pölten (Austria); Fr. Robert Schmäing of the Diocese of Münster (Germany). Both priests were admitted to the fraternity also by fr. Brogl in Altötting, Germany, on 20 August 2018.
